HOW TO APPLY LIP LINER

Applying lip liner can be challenging to most make up users and even experience make up artists. 

Lip liner prevents color feathering, color bleeding and provides definition to ones lips by enhancing and hiding other lip features.

  STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Make sure your lips are smooth and not dry to ensure that the eye liner goes smoothly on the lips ( use vaselije or any moisturiser).
2. Make sure the eye liner is not so sharp so that the line drawn should be thick enough.
3. Draw a line on the lower lip tracing along the natural lip line.
4. Draw a V on the upper lips middle to shape the lips using any color of ur choice
5. Rub the lips using the other tip of the liner to finalise everything.
